Mango nutritional benefits

Mango is a member of the drupe family. There are many different kinds of mango that range in colour (green to red, yellow or orange), shape, flavor and seed size. They have a sweet and creamy taste and contain over 20 vitamins and minerals.
Some of the possible health benefits of consuming mango includes:
